The right person, while the lead is still warm
Lead pools share leads out automatically based on who is available, their capacity, working hours, skills, language and territory. If nobody replies within the SLA, the lead moves on and a manager hears about it.
- Round robin, weighted, load balanced or performance-weighted
- Claim queues for teams that prefer to pick
- Automatic reassignment and escalation on missed SLAs
Every market, every language, every time zone
Leads arrive around the clock. GrowthPilot matches each one to a rep who speaks the language, covers the territory and is on shift right now.
- Territory & language routingSend each lead to the people who know that market.
- Working hours & availabilityLeads only go to reps who are on shift and under capacity.
- Quiet hoursMarketing messages wait for a sensible local time.

One inbox for every conversation
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages arrive in one inbox, attached to the lead. AI drafts the reply, your rep checks it and sends, and the whole thread lands on the timeline.
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp and social DMs side by side
- AI reply drafts and auto-replies with a confidence check
- A human reply always takes over from automation

Spreadsheets and shared inboxes were fine. Until they weren’t.

Frequently asked questions
Which channels can send us leads?
Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, Google Ads lead forms, TikTok, hosted or embedded website forms, the REST API, webhooks from Zapier, Make or any site, and connectors that pull leads from an external API on a schedule. You can also import spreadsheets, PDFs and business cards.
What happens when the same person contacts us twice?
GrowthPilot matches contacts on email and phone, so a person who fills in a form and then sends a WhatsApp message stays one contact. Both enquiries appear on the same timeline.
How are leads shared out between reps?
Lead pools decide. Pick round robin, weighted, load balanced, skills, language or territory matching, performance-weighted or a claim queue, and set capacity, working hours and a response-time SLA. Missed SLAs reassign and escalate automatically.
Do you support WhatsApp?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Cloud API or Bird. Chats arrive in the unified inbox, approved templates are used outside the 24-hour customer service window, and WhatsApp campaigns respect each contact’s consent.
How do you handle consent and unsubscribes?
Every contact has consent per channel. Unsubscribe links are one click, STOP replies are honoured, bounces and complaints are suppressed, and quiet hours hold marketing messages until a sensible local time.
Will AI reply to our customers on its own?
Only if you switch that on. AI replies send automatically only when the AI is confident; otherwise they are saved as a draft for a person to review. As soon as someone on your team replies, the human takes over.
Can we run several brands or clients in one account?
Yes. Each organisation has its own channels, users, roles, pools and data, fully separated from the others.
