Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms apply when you or your organisation use GrowthPilot. By creating a workspace or signing in you agree to them.
Accounts and workspaces
Your organisation’s administrators control who is invited, which roles they hold and what they can see. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and second factor safe.
Acceptable use
Do not use GrowthPilot for unlawful activity, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to store malicious content, or to probe or disrupt the service or other customers.
Your data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into GrowthPilot, including its leads and contacts. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Messaging and consent
You are responsible for the content you send and for having consent to contact each person on each channel. That includes honouring unsubscribes and STOP replies, following WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies, and registering sender IDs and templates where the law requires it (for example DLT registration in India).
Connected accounts and providers
When you connect an email, SMS, WhatsApp or social account, messages and posts are sent through that provider under its own terms. Provider fees are billed by the provider unless your plan says otherwise.
AI suggestions
AI features produce suggestions such as drafts, scores and summaries. Your team stays responsible for what is sent; automatic replies only go out under the rules your administrators set.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and announce planned maintenance in advance.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
